The owner of one of Beverly Hills' most prestigious cigar bars is reacting to the new law banning the sale and consumption of tobacco in this ultra-chic suburban Los Angeles city... except in the private clubs that embody so well the city of stars and luxury. A greeting that the prestigious establishments owe in part to Arnold Schwarzenegger.
