Federal Territories minister Khalid Abdul Samad said that only the court can decide on the legality of the Taman Rimba Kiara development project.
it is his duty as Federal Territories minister to look out for the interests of all parties involved in the project and would be preparing a report that will be presented to the Cabinet.
