Kit Harington Responds to Critics of 'Game of Thrones' Finale The following contains spoilers regarding the HBO epic's final episode. The actor says he knew Jon Snow's killing of Daenerys Targaryen would anger fans. I think it's going to divide. But if you track [Daenerys'] story all the way back, she does some terrible things. Harington adds that Snow, who rejoins the Night's Watch in the end, is also impact but what he does. This is the second woman he's fallen in love with who dies in his arms and he cradles her in the same way. The final season of 'Game of Thrones' has not been received well, but Harington isn't bothered. He says the reason for that is how much work himself and cast put into performing on the show. How I feel about the show right now is quite defiant. whatever critic makes their [negative] judgement on it, in my head they can go f--k themselves. Now if people feel let down by it, I don't give a f--k because everyone tried their hardest. That's how I feel.
