Kate 'taking on NEW responsibilities' as Duchess prepares for future as QUEEN

Kate Middleton's husband, Prince William, may not be the heir to the throne yet. However, the Duchess of Cambridge is already on her way to learning the ropes, taking part in several events in order to lay the groundwork for the important job.
