First off, you're going to need the Rock Love spray, which is accessible through the battle pass at Tier 2. It's actually free, but yf you're doing these challenges you should have the battle pass anyways.
Next, you're going to need a lavafall. It's what you might guess: like a waterfall, but with lava. This is actually where things are not quite as clear as they could be. There are a couple of distinct lavafalls on the map, all of them clustered near the former Volcano now known as Pressure Plant. But it doesn't seem that all of them are going to work: I tried this on the bottom and came up empty. Use it on the highest lavafall, directly beneath Pressure Plant
You can actually see the Fortbyte even before it's accessible. It's sitting just to the right of the lavafall if you're facing Pressure Plant. Just use the spray anywhere in that area and it should become unlocked.
And that's all you have to do: equip the spray on your emote wheel, throw it on the ground somewhere and collect your Fortbyte.
The rock love spray commemorates Fortnite's sweetest and only love story: two rock creatures that moved slowly across the map to meet each other, only to be tragically separated by the volcano before finding their way back to each other. Fortnite may involve a lot of battles to the death, but there's room for love in there, too.
