Ingredients:
3-4 tbsp Ghee
1 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
Bay Leaf
1 tsp Black Peppercorn
Cinnamon Sticks
Star Anise
5-6 Cloves
1 Black Cardamom
4-5 Green Cardamoms
3 Green Chillies (slit)
2 Onion (chopped)
2 1/2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
Water
Salt
Red Chilli Powder
Turmeric Powder
3-4 tbsp Curd
800 gms Chicken
1 Potato (chopped)
1/2 cup Water
Coriander Powder
Cumin Seed Powder
Garam Masala Powder
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Lemon Juice
Sweet Fragrance
Cashew Nuts (fried)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Mint Leaves

Method: :Lets start with adding the Ghee into the cooker with Cumin Seeds, Bay Leaf, Black Peppercorn, Cinnamon Sticks, Star Anise, Cloves, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamoms fry it properly then add Green Chillies (slit), Onion (chopped) saute the mixture nicely till onion turn red. Then add Ginger-Garlic Paste, Tomatoes (chopped) mix it together and add Water, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder cook it for few moments. Now add Curd mix it again, and add Chicken and mix it with the masala. Now add Potato (chopped) & Water close the lid for one whistle. After one whistle open the top and add Coriander Powder, Cumin Seed Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves (chopped) mix it all together and now add Basamati Rice (soaked) with Water. Now again close the lid for one whistle on high flame and one whistle on medium flame. After this open the cooker add Lemon Juice (optional) with Sweet Fragrance. Now take it out on serving plate and finally adding Cashew Nuts (fried), Coriander Leaves (chopped) & Mint Leaves and your Pressure Cooker Chicken Biryani is ready to be serve.
