மொழிபிரச்சனையால் பெரும் ரயில் விபத்து ஏற்பட இருந்த நிலையில், இனி ரயில் பணியாளர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் புரியும் படி பொதுமொழியான ஆங்கிலத்தில் தான் பேச வேண்டும் என ரயில்வே டிவிசனல் நிர்வாக மேலாளர்(dom) உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார்.
