Four-Year-Old Badly Injured After Drinking Hot Water Meant To be Cold From McDonald's

A four-year-old suffered burns to her face and mouth after drinking a beaker of hot water given to her at a branch of McDonald's. Her mother had requested a refill of cold water with ice.
