Kino Firumuzu): "Ikuo, a 40-year-old man who is in reduced circumstances due to his gambling addiction, decides to move to his partner Ayumi's hometown with her and her 16-year-old daughter from a previous marriage. In Sanriku, an area in Tohoku that is still recovering from critical damage by earthquake and tsunami, the three of them start a new life residing with Ayumi's father, who used to be a fisherman, and has been diagnosed with stage IV cancer. At first, their days seem to go well, but when Ikuo becomes involved in gambling again, Ayumi can't help but confront him. Their fight leads to an unexpected tragedy...
