Ingredients
Fenugreek Leaves (chopped)
2 cups Water
1 1/2 cup Coconut (grated)
6 Byadagi Red Chillies
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
Tamarind
Water
Salt
Jaggery
Tempering of Garlic
2 tbsp Oil
5 Garlic Cloves (chopped)

Method: Start with boiling Fenugreek leaves (chopped) with water in the Cooking pot with lid closed. In the meantime, let's grind Coconut (grated), Byadagi Red Chillies, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Seeds, & Tamarind. Now grind it to light coarse, use Water in between. Then pour the Masala into the Fenugreek Leaves pot, with Salt & Jaggery. Now cook the Methi curry for 5 mins with closed lid. Now keep it aside, prepare Tempering of Garlic for which heat up the Oil with Garlic Cloves (chopped) till the Garlic cloves are turn golden. Once it turns golden, pour it in the Dish and mix it together and your Methi Curry is ready to be served.
