Overlooked Password
Visit Forgot Password.
Enter either the email address or username on the record.
Select Submit.
Check your inbox for a secret word reset email.
Snap on the URL gave in the email and enter another secret phrase.
Snap Manage My Account. Enter your email address and secret word in the Online Account Options screen and snap Login. When you are signed in, click the connection Change User Names, Passwords, and Email accounts. Snap on the I overlooked my secret phrase interface, and adhere to the directions.
