Attorney General William Barr Calls Mueller Report 'My Baby'

In response to a question from Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI), Attorney General William Barr said during his testimony that when Special Counsel Robert Mueller handed over his final report on the two-year Russia investigation, it became his "baby."
