Ingredients:
250 gms Chicken (boneless)
2 Onions Sliced
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1/2 tsp Raw Mango Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Salt
For Besan Mixture
3/4 cup Gram Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Water

Method: Lets start with taking the Chicken (boneless) then add Onion sliced, Coriander Powder, Cumin Seed Powder, Raw Mango Powder, Garlic Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Salt. Now Mix them all together properly. Heat up the Oil in the Pan on High flame, in the mean time lets make Besan mixture for which take Gram Flour, and add Baking Soda, Turmeric Powder and Salt. Mix them evenly, then add water (as shown in the video), again mix it properly also make sure there is no lumps in the batter.
Add chicken mixture to the batter, mix it through properly with Besan Mixture. Now fry the mixture to make the Chicken Pakoda in the Pan and your Chicken Pakoda is ready to be serve.
