Indonesian, Vietnamese vessels clash over illegal fishing

Vietnam's coastguard rams an Indonesian navy vessel off the coast of Borneo, near the South China Sea, as the latter moves to intercept a Vietnamese boat suspected of fishing illegally, according to a video released by Indonesian Navy.
