Najib: BN did not ratify Rome Statute because it clashed with constitution

Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak said the Barisan Nasional government did discuss to ratify the Rome Statute but decided not to proceed on the advice of former attorney-general Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail.
