Sign in to your Plenty of Fish account. Snap on the 'Help' get at the most noteworthy purpose of the screen. There will be a once-over of decisions along the left-hand side of the screen, click 'Clear profile'. Snap the association under the heading 'To eradicate your POF profile'.
