North Korea’s Kim Jong-un arrives in Russia by special train for talks with Vladimir Putin

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has arrived in Russia for his first ever talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The two leaders are set to meet in the eastern port city of Vladivostok.
