18 intermediate (+2) students committed suicide after declaration of results due to alleged lapses in evaluation process in Telangana. The High Court was very angry with the intermediate board. Telangana HC ordered revaluation of answer sheets of 3 lakh failed intermediate students. Today there are state-wide protests in front of collectorate offices. Parents staged protests in front of Telangana Board of Intermediate Education office, Hyderabad. Government has taken the issue seriously and ordered an inquiry.
