Scenes following a lesbian interest storyline about Edie and Amanda who become involved when Edie learns that her father illegally impregnated women at a fertility clinic. Edie starts avoiding Amanda and when Amanda confronts her she tells Amanda that she is not cut out for an affair. After a therapy session Edie tries to put some spark back into her marriage by taking Tim to the same supply closet where she and Amanda made out.
