World's largest plane makes first flight over California

The world's largest airplane built by Stratolaunch has completed its first test flight over the Mojave Desert in California.
The immense aircraft called Roc has a wingspan wider than a football field and is powered by six engines on a twin fuselages.
The plane is designed to drop rockets and other space vehicles weighing up to at an altitude of 35-thousand feet and has been billed by the company to make satellite deployment easy.
According to Stratolaunch, the first test flight was meant to test its performance and handling qualities.
