Ingredients:
20 Pistachios
20 Almonds
1/4 cup Cashew Nuts
1/4 cup Mint Leaves
1 cup Coriander Leaves
6-7 Green Chillies
2 Onions (fried)
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Water
800 gms Chicken
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 Cup Yogurt
Salt
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Ghee
1 inch Cinnamon stick
5 Cloves
1 tsp Black Cumin Seeds
Lemon Juice

Method:
Lets start with Pistachios added to the pan roast them for 30 seconds, do the same with Almonds & Cashew Nuts on medium flame. Then transfer all to grinding machine and add Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Green Chillies, Onions (fried), Garam masala, Cardamom Powder, Black Pepper Powder. Now grind all this to fine paste, after grind for a minute add Water, grind it again till it become the perfect paste.
Now marinate the chicken with the paste, to which you can add Ginger paste, Garlic Paste, Yogurt, Salt (for taste). Mix them all and let it marinate for 1 hour.
Now for gravy, heat up the Kadai with Oil, Ghee. Once the Ghee is melted, add Cinnamon stick, Cloves, Black Cumin Seeds. After that add marinated Chicken in the kadai and saute for 5 to 6 minutes on high flame. Add water and seal it on a dum and let it cook for 30 to 40 minutes on low flame. Use wheat dough or anything of your liking for closing the corners to make the dum (as shown in the video). After 30 to 40 minutes add Lemon juice on top take it out on serving bowl, garnish it with some coriander leaves and Your Dum Ka Hara Murgh is ready to be served.
