Good morning, it's a chilly and rainy start to our Wednesday morning. Most parts have been seeing some much needed showers since yesterday. Seoul saw nearly 20 millimeters, while snow keeps falling in parts of Gangwon-do Province, including Pyeongchang, with more than 20 centimeters of snow there.
So heavy snow alerts are in place in mountainous regions of Gangwon-do and Gyeongsangbuk-do Provinces, while southern coastal regions are dealing with strong winds under an advisory.
More rain is in store for the capital area, inland areas will see showers until noon while Gangwon-do Province will receive more snow until tonight. Have an umbrella on your way out .
Moving on to today's temperatures, Seoul is waking up to a low of 5 degrees Celsius, even chillier than Chuncheon this morning, dress warmly.
It will feel nothing like April even in the afternoon, Seoul will only make it to 9 degrees, Gyeongju at 8 degrees.
