It's an Indo-Chinese mixture a Chinese fusion recipe where the Soya chunks are soaked and mixed with chillies & Onions and cooked together also known as Chilli Soya Chunks.

Ingredients:
4-5 tbsp Oil
1 cup Soya Chunks
1 tbsp Ginger - Garlic (crushed)
3 Spring Onions
1 Tomato
1 Capsicum
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
3 Green Chillies (slit)
Salt
Spring Onions (leaves)
Method: First, let's heat up the pan and add Oil after some time put Soya Chunks and saute for a few minutes with a high flame. Now add Ginger - Garlic (crushed), Spring Onions, Tomato (as shown in the video), Capsicum (as shown in the video), Soy Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Black Pepper Powder, Green Chillies (slit), Salt. Now mix them properly, and add Spring Onions (leaves) again mix them all together. Close the lid and let it cook for 05 to 10 minutes. Now your Soybean Chilly is ready to be served.
