Ingredients:
4 Large Eggs (separated)
50 gms Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 tsp Freshly Crushed Black-pepper
Salt
1/4 Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Fresh Spinach (chopped)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (greasing)

Methods: Lets start with the Eggs (Separated)in the bowl, whipped the yolk properly. Then whip the whites for 2 to 3 minutes, and add Yolk into the bowl of Egg whites. For the garnishing add Cherry Tomatoes, Freshly Crushed Black pepper Salt, Mozzarella Cheese, Fresh Spinach (chopped) into the mixture of Yolk & whites.
Mix them all together properly,and transfer it into the muffin mold (as instructed in the video) with Olive oil greasing add remaining black-pepper into the mix.
Last step is to put Egg spinach batter into the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degree Celsius. Now your healthy Eggs & Spinach Muffins is ready to be served.
