White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow says Washington and Beijing will continue their trade talks next week by teleconference,... emphasizing that there's been no let up in their efforts for a deal.
Speaking to Bloomberg TV on Friday, Kudlow said that they are having the broadest and deepest discussions in the history of U.S.-China trade relations.
He didn't go into detail because the talks are still ongoing, but he said they are making headway in a lot of areas,… including intellectual property theft and forced technology transfers.
Earlier in the day the two sides' negotiators wrapped up their latest round of in-person talks in Washington.
