북한, 국제무역 법규 유엔 협약 가입
North Korea has joined the UN Convention on Contracts for International Sales of Goods, an unusual move considering the regime is under heavy sanctions.
The North is the 90th state to join the convention, with its membership to start a year from now.
The convention provides a standard set of rights and obligations for buyers and sellers.
Pundits say this could be Pyeongyang preparing for the sanctions to eventually be lifted.
