Adib’s ribs were broken ‘in a straight line’, inquest told

Dr Mohd Shah Mahmood, director the National Forensic Medicine Institute at Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL,) told the inquest into the death of Muhammad Adib Mohd Kassim on Friday that the firefighter had suffered seven broken ribs.

The forensic expert said Muhammad Adib’s broken ribs number one to seven on the left were “unique” as they were broken in a straight line, adding that it might have been caused by a blunt and thin object.
