Infosys agrees to buy majority stake in ABN AMRO unit

IT major Infosys on Thursday said it has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Stater NV, a unit of Amsterdam-headquartered ABN AMRO, for 127.5 million euros to expand its financial-service solutions business in Europe.
