Good morning, we are breathing in harmful toxic dust again in many areas. An ultra fine dust advisory has been expanded to more areas, but the air quality should improve in the afternoon.
This spring has been toxic dust season, but spring flowers have been making an appearance, and cherry blossoms started to bloom in southern regions, including Busan and Jeju, Seoul will also be covered with pink cherry blossoms with major festivals kicking off next Friday. Hopefully we'll have good air by then.
Today's daily highs will range between 13 and 19 degrees Celsius. In the morning, eastern regions could see light sprinkles to snow of up to 7 centimeters so be aware of that.
As for the weather outlook, light rain on Saturday should bring down the readings, and cooler than average temperatures are in store to start April.
