“The Lunch Club”, initiated by the French Chamber Foundation in 2015, serves meals at Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service for just HK$8 (US$1) five days a week for low-income workers. Hong Kong’s French consulate partnered with the Institute Culinaire Disciples Escoffier (ICDE) to serve a French menu at the Lunch Club on March 20.
