This week on My Yellow Table – India’s Favourite Recipes, Chef Kunal Kapur has a Rajasthani treat in store for you.
He cooks Maas ka Sula – a quintessential Rajasthani starter made of mutton and spices, Gatta Pulao – a preparation of rice with freshly fried gattas, and Ker-Sangri – a lesser known traditional recipe of dried beans and berries only found in the arid regions of Rajasthan. For the ones with a sweet tooth, Chef Kunal prepares mini versions of Ghewar – a deep fried sweet made of flour and topped with rabri.
Joining chef in the kitchen this week, is renowned fashion designer, Suneet Varma, who shares his cooking chronicles.
