Excellent in all respects: Taking my call outside business hours, making an appointment at my house 2 days later, showing up very professionally and on time, and did an outstanding job - taking all the time that was needed. Not a rush person, but someone looking for the best result possible and a satisfied customer. On top of all of that, very reasonable pricing.
