Pakistan is once again trying to divert international focus to what it calls ‘terrorism emanating from India. Pakistan appears to be succeeding as opposition leaders like Kapil Sibal from the Congress have once again raised the Hindu terror bogey. In pointed sarcasm, Kapil Sibal said that despite 68 dead, it appears that no one killed the Samjhauta blast victims'. An anti-terror court in India earlier acquitted all the accused in the 2007 case citing lack of evidence. The court also junked the plea of a woman from Pakistan who offered evidence, saying that the case is without any merit. Congress's Kapil Sibal had also attacked the Indian criminal justice system, taking the line of Pakistan which termed the acquittal of the accused as a 'historic injustice'.
