A billboard blown down by a gust of strong wind struck a scooter driver passing by on a street in eastern China.
The CCTV video, shot in Xuancheng City in Anhui Province on March 20, shows a billboard suddenly falling onto a scooter driver passing by and knocking him down onto the ground.
Fortunately, he only suffered minor scratches.
