Presidential candidate Andrew Yang aims to give every US citizen $1,000 a month, which he'll pay for by taxing Amazon. "It's about $1.8 trillion," he told MSNBC's Joe Scarborough. "We need to pass a value added tax that would get the American people a slice of every Amazon transaction."
