Good morning, it's a colder start than yesterday, dress in layers, a thicker jacket and cardigan will do you to keep you warm, and the short cold snap will ease in the afternoon, but you will want to take out small umbrella on your way out. Light rain or snow flurries are in store for most areas.
Parts of Gangwon-do and the southern provinces as well as Jeju Island could see up to 20 millimeters of rainfall from this afternoon into tomorrow while the rain could turn into snow at night for mountainous regions and inland regions. Seoul and the Chungcheong-do Provinces though will receive light rainfall of less than 5 millimeters.
Shifting gear to today's temperatures, Seoul, Daejeon, Daegu, Gyeongu and Chuncheon are waking up to a winter chill along with plenty of sunshine.
Daily highs will be similar to slightly higher getting up to 9 degrees in Seoul and a dry weather advisory in Seoul is likely to remain even after today's sprinkles.
