Pro-EU and anti-EU protesters congregate outside the UK parliament with flags, banners and placards Tuesday shortly before PM Theresa May's Brexit vote is defeated.
The crowds gathered across the road from Westminster as debate raged inside the House of Commons on whether to accept Theresa May’s deal for the UK to leave the European Union.
May's Brexit deal was defeated by 149 votes in the Commons.
