The families of victims and survivors of the Dec. 22, 1997, Acteal massacre, in which 45 indigenous people were killed in Mexico's southern Chiapas state, on Wednesday demanded that the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights issue a thorough report to determine if their human rights were violated.
