Trouble has mounted for JNUSU President Kanhaiya Kumar. A three-member probe panel from JNU has now now said that Kanhaiya really is gulity as charged. But the Congress party is still maintaining its stand saying he is innocent and a victim of political witchunt. All eyes are now on the court which will decide on Kanhaiya's custody.
