Garbage is piling up east Delhi, a lot of it outside deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia's office -- a gesture of protest by striking sanitation workers, who are demanding pending wages.
Hordes of slogan shouting workers have collected in front of the Deputy Chief Minister's Patparganj office since morning. And they brought piles of garbage, which could be seen strewn on the road outside.
