The fight between Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Finance Minister Arun Jaitley over DDCA has snowballed and will be played out in court from now on. As AAP announced the setting up of a commission of inquiry against Jaitley over DDCA SCA, Jaitley took legal recourse.
After personally refuting allegations of impropriety levelled by the Aam Aadmi Party, Mr. Jaitley sued Kejriwal and 5 other AAP leaders for Defemation seeking damages worth Rs. 10 crores.
