Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday set up a two-member panel to probe the alleged irregularities in the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) after the local cricket board sought the CM's help to set its house in order to keep the hosting rights for the fourth India-South Africa Test.
Kejriwal has asked the Sports Secretary and Urban Development Secretary to submit a report within 24 hours.
