Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray today attacked at Narendra Modi, who launched several schemes in Bihar ahead of the Assembly Elections in the state. He said that special packages should not be used to woo voters just before the elections. “Special packages for states should not be for elections but crisis situations,” Uddhav said.
