Uttarakhand Chief Secretary N Ravishankar today submitted to Governor Dr Krishna Kant Paul the investigation report on the alleged misuse of relief funds for 2013 natural calamity in the state. Mr Ravishankar today called on the Governor and submitted the report of the investigating committee which he presided over.
