Union Minister and BJP MP from Nawada in Bihar, Giriraj Singh, on Wednesday made a controversial comment on Congress president Sonia Gandhi's "skin colour."
Making the controversial comment in Hajipur, near Patna, Mr. Singh asked, had Rajiv Gandhi married a 'Nigerian woman' and she was not of 'white skin', would the Congress party accepted her as a leader?
