Moderate Hurriyat Conference chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq will lead a high-level delegation of the amalgam to attend the Pakistan day function in New Delhi next week.
"Mirwaiz will lead a high-level delegation to New Delhi to visit Pakistan High Commission on the invitation of Pakistan high commissioner to India on the eve of Pakistan Day on March 23," Hurriyat said in a statement.
