18 people have been arrested on Sunday in Dimapur city of Nagaland in connection with the lynching of a rape accused on Thursday.
The situation is slowly returning to normalcy, three days after a 35-year-old rape accused was dragged out of Dimapur Central Jail by a mob of thousands, lynched and then hanged from a clock tower.
