While addressing a press conference in Manesar, Haryana on the occasion of NSG's 30th Raising Day, the head of elite black cat commandos Chaudhury said that both IS and Al-Qaeda attacking tourist hubs like Goa, Bangalore, Amritsar etc is a possibility.
The NSG DG also warned that terrorist organisation Al-Qaeda may launch multi-city terror attack in the country.
He said the ghastly 26/11 Mumbai attacks were just the 'curtain raiser'.
Recently, a protestor was seen waving flag of terrorist organisation Islamic State of Iraq and Syria last week after Eid prayers in Kashmir whereas in July also similar waving of flag was seen in the Valley.
Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abudllah had rubbished the waving of ISIS flag in the Valley as an act by "some idiots" which the media was "unfortunately" trying to highlight.
However, several security experts have said the spotting of ISIS flags in the Valley is a greivous issue and must be dealt with seriously.
Meanwhile, while commenting on the issue of dummy grenade found on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's standby plane, Chaudhury said, "Our men missed it; they are master commandoes, not master cleaners.
