The body of a 42-year-old servant was found at Congress leader Kumari Selja's house on Monday, police said.
The deceased identified as Sanjay was the husband of a maid working at Selja's residence.
Delhi Police has arrested Anil for the murder of Sanjay, who was working in Sena Bhavan.
Police got a PCR call around 8 am about the incident following which local police, crime and forensic teams rushed to the spot.
The body was found in the servant quarters of Selja's residence. "The death is unnatural, we are investigating the case," said Additional Commissioner of Police (New Delhi) SBS Tyagi.
