Taking on the Election Commission for not allowing him to hold a rally in Varanasi, Bharatiya Janata Party's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Thursday accused the poll panel of being biased.
Addressing a rally here, the Gujarat Chief Minister said in the last three phases of the ongoing General Elections, the EC has not done its duty properly.
Further hitting out at the poll panel, the BJP strongman maintained that the EC is not performing its duties as it should.
